Payments

You retain ownership of your brand assets and content provided. VerlynAgency retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, tools, and processes. Final deliverables are licensed to you upon full payment.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for service delivery.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific rankings or outcomes. Performance depends on market conditions, competition, and client cooperation.

Limitation of Liability

VerlynAgency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the written agreement. All outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be handled in Jakarta.
